This class uses the principles of ashtanga yoga, incorporating physical postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama) and bhandas (body locks) to create a challenging class.
Ashtanga [Primary Led Series]
This class involves a set of postures practiced in sequence, connected by the breath. The sequences begins with sun salutations, followed by standing postures, seated postures and finishing posture. Finally ending with deep relaxation. The class is an open class suitable for beginners, and there are modifications throughout to suit every body shape and level of flexibility
